Stephen Thorpe

Stephen joined Scrivenger Seabrook in May 2002 as a Senior Executive, from Buckles Solicitors (formerly Buckle Mellows) of Peterborough. He has specialised in personal injury claims on behalf of Claimants since 1998.

Stephen now deals with all aspects of multi-track and fast-track personal injury matters, including Road Traffic accidents and Public Liability. He has a particular interest in Employer liability claims. Stephen has had significant success with claims involving "Vibration White Finger", noise induced deafness and work related upper limb disorders (RSI).

During the last 9 years it is estimated that Stephen has successfully concluded over 1000 claims on behalf of Claimants, recovering damages in excess of £8 million.
