I should like to thank you and your staff for all your help, advice and hard work in reaching this conclusion which you have made the least painfull part of the whole episode. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to family and friends should they need your expertise.”

“Dear Mark, many thanks for your cheque and an excellent outcome. Had the defence offered me half that amount at the beginning I would have taken it! You were very skillful; towards the end I thought we would go to court – and I would have gone.”
Anthony A – Hertfordshire

“Throughout the whole process, I have felt secure and confident that you and your staff were at all times doing the very best for me in an extremely efficient and professional manner. I especially appreciated the way you kept me constantly informed, both of progress and my options”
Mr B Armstrong – Lincolnshire

“Thank you for the cheque for £7000 which was in settlement of my claim for damages against a dentist. For most of the time Sarah Newcombe represented me on behalf of your company and I cannot speak too highly of her. She kept me informed throughout the proceedings, explained things in layman’s language, listened to what I said and acted upon it. She made the whole procedure completely painless and with a very satisfactory conclusion. All this at no cost to me. Brilliant!!”
V Howes – Northamptonshire

“I first contacted Scrivenger Seabrook back in 2006 after I had been dissatisfied with my initial dealings with two other companies, who also specialised in clinical negligence. From day one I found the advice, support & most importantly compassion, at a very difficult time was, second to none. I was always able to speak directly to my solicitor, who if busy would always call back as promised.

Every aspect of my case was explained in detail & if I was unable to understand any part of the process I felt at ease to ask for help in any way. I was kept up to date with every aspect by letters which were received promptly whenever anything progressed.

Whenever we met with my Barrister or medical experts, something I felt would be very daunting, Mr. Scrivenger would explain what would happen during the meeting & again offered advice when needed. My case was settled with relative ease on my part & I would recommend Scrivenger Seabrook to anyone with a medical negligence claim.”
K Martin – Hertfordshire

“Dear Marc, I have been extremely satisfied with the service that you provided. From my first telephone conversation with you to the last one, I had every confidence in your ability to fight my case successfully. I was impressed by your professional, diligent, tenacious, no-nonsense approach. You kept me very well informed throughout and I was grateful for your sympathetic reassurance which helped to keep my spirits up when my confidence was flagging…. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone who is in need of a first rate solicitor.”
