Marc Folgate - Partner

Marc joined Scrivenger Seabrook as a Partner in November 2001 to take over the development of the firm's personal injury practice. He qualified in 1992 and has specialised in personal injury litigation since 1993 at leading personal injury firms Toller Hales and Collcutt and Buckle Mellows.

Marc has experience of a wide range of claims including head injuries, industrial injuries, diseases and product liability. He has also been involved in multi-party claims including the Ladbroke Grove rail disaster. Marc has advised on cross-jurisdictional claims and is a French-speaker. He has a special interest in funding arrangements for personal injury claims ensuring that Scrivenger Seabrook's clients are given up-to-date and innovative options to help them pursue claims.
